Lol, this took hours :D. Haven't done any pixel for ages, and I had to use references because I forgot what they looked like.

The feet are way too small and I wanted to do a blue one, but ohwell. Might animate it for a new avatar, haven't decided yet.

I've always been impressed by this kind of art. I myself have no inkling of how to even get started, or what programs to use to do this kind of thing. Any help or advice you can give me?

Well, the majority of the people use paint. I can never be bothered to go into the start menu, so I use photoshop, which is on my desktop.

Best tips? Practice. There are SO many useful tutorials out there, and thats the only reason I could EVER do this. This is easy compared to some of the really HUGE things people do on tablets and stuff. I still need to learn all the advanced bits :lol:.

But yeah, practice is the best thing I could say :B
